  2. Send a scanned/photo copy of the pay-in slip with payment-stamp into the register online.
  3. Once we receive a confirmation of the bank transfer, the registration will then be completed. We will process your registration after we received your payment, and you will receive the registration confirmation email. Substitutions / Cancellation

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Conference Chair for a name change. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration, please notify the Conference Chair immediately.

  • By providing us a written notice before Wednesday 15 February 2017 (12:00 AM Thai time), a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge (90% of a full fee will be refunded).  
  • By providing us a written notice before Friday 24 February 2017 (12:00 AM Thai time), 50% of a full fee will be refunded.
  • If the written notice is provided to us after Tuesday 28 February 2017 (12:00 AM Thai time), or no-shows at the conference, no refund will be given.
